Nail'd has great graphics and crazy airtime. There's a total of 49 tournament races with 18 tracks, including the DLC which by the way is free with every brand new purchase of Nail'd. All 18 tracks are accessible from the very beginning, you don't earn them if you want to check them out before going through tournament mode. While the competition you are up against is 11 AI opponents, they will not make it easy for you to stay at the front of the pack. Ramming into you and forcing you off the track are a top priorty.
