When I received my review copy of nail'd, an ATV/motorcross hybrid racing game, it came with Altitude Sickness Pills (spearmints) and a jar of something called White Knuckle Cream (I still have no idea what it is. While the use of the pills is obvious, the cream (which you can see a fake ad for at www.whiteknucklecream.com) is meant for the treatment of low game scores, relieving trepidation and timidity and healing hesitation, anxiety and consternation.
